How to Place an Order in Our Store

You have several options to place an order in our store. You can do this online, by phone, or by email as follows:

Online Order

To place an online order, follow these steps:

Selecting Products

1. Find the product you want to buy either using the menu at the top of the page, the right-hand menu with all categories and subcategories, or using the search field.

2. Once you find the product, click on "Add to Cart."

Completing the Order

1. After adding all the desired products to the shopping cart, click on the "Complete Order" button.

2. On the order page, enter the required information:

   • Delivery Information: Full name, complete address (county, city, street, number, building, floor, apartment, intercom if applicable).

   • Delivery Method: Fast courier delivery.

   • Payment Method:  card payment, or bank transfer.

Authentication and Account

1. If you have an account, log in using your username and password to view your order history, track current orders, or modify/change contact details.

2. If you don't have an account, you can complete the order as a guest or create an account for a smoother experience with future orders.

Phone Order

You can also place an order by phone by calling 0752 655 821. A sales agent will take your order and guide you through the ordering process.

Email Order

To place an order by email, send a message to contact@organic-natura.ro. In the email, specify the following details:

1. Desired Products: Product name, product code, or link to the product.

2. Delivery Information: Full name, complete address (county, city, street, number, building, floor, apartment, intercom if applicable).

3. Delivery Method: Fast courier delivery (variable cost).

4. Payment Method:card payment, or bank transfer.

Additional Information

• Minimum Order Value: There is no minimum order value.

• Privacy and Security: All your data is kept secure and is not shared with third parties.
