ART 1 Definitions

 

1. The online platform https://organic-natura.ro/ belongs to ORGANIC NATURA S.R.L. with headquarters at str Sf Gheorghe Nr 3, ground floor, Ap1, Iasi, Romania, RC: J22/1960/2023, unique registration code 48369771, email: contact@organic-natura.ro, phone: 0752655821, and will hereinafter be referred to as the PLATFORM.

2. Any adult natural person or legal entity who accesses the PLATFORM with the purpose of visiting, buying products, or becoming a PARTNER (term PARTNER defined in Paragraph 3 ART 1) is called the USER.

3. An adult natural person or legal entity who obtains the status of PARTNER can sell goods and services through the PLATFORM.

ART 2 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute the legal agreement between you and the PLATFORM. Purchasing products and services, opening a USER or PARTNER account can only be done by unequivocally accepting the Terms and Conditions.

ART 3 Privacy Policy and Personal Data Security

According to Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, the information provided by the USER will be used by the PLATFORM exclusively for the declared purpose of the site. Thus, the data from the order form will be used only for sending order confirmations, promotions, periodic newsletters (only if the USER agrees to receive such information), and for delivering orders, etc.

The USER is not obliged to provide personal data, but refusal makes it impossible to process the order and deliver the products.

According to Law no. 677/2001, the USER benefits from the right of access, intervention on the data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, and the right to appeal to justice. ART 4 General Rights and Obligations

The USER has the right to open a user account for the purchase of goods and services through the PLATFORM provided that they are an adult. The data requested for opening an account will be the username, email address, and delivery details. The delivery details include: Name, Surname, phone number, and product delivery address. The USER can purchase products and services through the PLATFORM without registration; the advantage of registration is that the delivery details will only be entered once.

The products displayed on the PLATFORM do not belong to the PLATFORM, but to the registered PARTNERS. The PLATFORM assumes no obligation regarding the origin of the goods offered for sale, the authenticity of the articles, and the commercial markup practiced by the PARTNERS. The PLATFORM will make all efforts to facilitate as efficient a dialogue as possible between USERS and PARTNERS but will not intervene in any legal disputes between them.

Orders are placed through the PLATFORM; if the USER wishes to order products and services directly from the PARTNERS by accessing their available contact information, the PLATFORM does not oppose and does not prohibit this aspect.

To become a PARTNER, a request is sent by email specifying the status of an individual or legal entity, the category or categories in which the goods or services offered fall. After reviewing the partnership request, the USER will receive or not receive a collaboration offer.

The prices displayed in this online store include 19% VAT. VAT stands for "value-added tax" and is applied throughout the European Union.

Returns

Not satisfied with the product purchased from Organic-natura.ro? You can exchange it or request a refund of the product's value. ORGANIC NATURA S.R.L. undertakes to exchange/return the value of the products if the following conditions are met:

Return Period: Return or exchange must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product. Product Condition: Products must be unused, not show signs of damage, and be in their original packaging intact. For supplements, the seal must be intact, and the box must not be opened. Shipping Costs: The cost of return or exchange shipping is borne by the customer. Call 0752655821 or email contact@organic-natura.ro and announce your desire to return/exchange a product. You will receive an order number and the return address.

If the ordered product does not meet your expectations (for any reason), ORGANIC NATURA S.R.L. offers you the possibility to return it and refund its value to your bank account. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the returned product. If you wish to replace the product, you can place a new order on the site, which you will pay for separately, using the desired payment method. Important: The product must be returned in the condition it was received by the customer, with the packaging and all original accessories to benefit from the return rights.
