A. If you are a client of the site, we will process your personal data, such as:

• Name and surname
• Phone number
• Email address
• Billing address
• Shipping address
• Data regarding how you use the site (e.g., your behavior/preferences/habits on the site)
• Any other categories of data you provide directly in the context of creating a user account, placing an order through the site, or any other way resulting from the use of the site.

If you use your Facebook or Google account to create a user account on the site, we will process the following public profile data displayed by those applications: username, email address.

If you choose to create a user account before completing an order for a product available on the site, your email address will be required to create an account automatically.

If you do not complete the order, your email address and other data provided will not be stored by ORGANIC NATURA SRL, and the created account will be automatically deleted.

B. If you are a visitor to the site, we will process your personal data that you provide:

• Directly in the context of using the site, such as the data you provide in the contact/queries/complaints section, if you contact us in this way
• Indirectly, such as: IP address, browser used, browsing duration, search history, operating system used, language and pages viewed, full URLs, click sequences to, through, and from our site, information or products viewed/searched, duration of visits on certain pages, information regarding page interaction (e.g., scrolling, clicks, mouse-overs), user behavior data.

2. Purposes and Grounds of Processing

A. If you are a client of the site, we process your personal data as follows:

• For the performance of the contractual relationship between you and ORGANIC NATURA SRL, namely for taking, validating, shipping, and invoicing the order placed on the site, informing you about the order status, organizing the return of ordered products, etc.

  • Ground: The processing of your data for this purpose is based on the contract between you and ORGANIC NATURA SRL, as defined in the Terms and Conditions of organic-natura.ro/terms-and-conditions. Providing your personal data is necessary for the execution of this contract. Refusal to provide data may result in the impossibility of carrying out the contractual relations between you and us.

• For fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent upon us in the context of services provided through the site, including tax obligations and archiving.

  • Ground: The processing of your data for this purpose is based on the legitimate interest of ORGANIC NATURA SRL to constantly improve the customer experience on the site. B. If you are a visitor to the site, ORGANIC NATURA SRL processes your personal data as follows:

• For marketing activities, namely for sending, via remote communication means (email, SMS), commercial communications regarding the products and services offered by ORGANIC NATURA SRL through the site.
  • Ground: The processing of your data for this purpose is based on your consent, if you choose to provide it. You can express your consent for data processing in this purpose by completing and checking the appropriate box in the newsletter subscription form available on the site. 3. Duration of Data Processing

We will process your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of processing mentioned above.

If you are a client, we will process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently according to the legal obligations (e.g., for financial-accounting documents, the retention period required by law is 10 years from the end of the financial year in which they were created).

If you are a client and choose to delete your user account by clicking the "delete account" button in the "my account information" section, we will interpret this action as your option to unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications about the products and services offered through the site.

Thus, if you choose to delete your user account, we will no longer send you such emails and/or SMS messages.

However, please note that deleting your account will not automatically delete your personal data.

If you no longer wish your personal data to be processed or if you want your data to be deleted, you can exercise your rights detailed in section 6 below.

If you request the deletion of your account but have at least one active order on that account, the request to delete the account will be recorded only after the products are delivered and the last active order is completed.

If you withdraw your consent for data processing for marketing purposes, we will cease processing your personal data for this purpose, without affecting the processing carried out based on your consent before its withdrawal.
 

4. Disclosure of Personal Data

We do not rent or sell your personal data to third parties.

Besides the operator, in certain situations, data may be accessible to third parties such as service providers, transport operators, hosting providers, IT companies, designated, if necessary, as authorized persons by the operator.

• Right of access to data - the right to obtain confirmation from us regarding the processing of personal data, as well as details regarding the processing activities such as how data is processed, the purpose of processing, recipients or categories of recipients of data, etc.
• Right to rectification - the right to obtain the correction, without undue delay, of inaccurate/unjustified personal data, as well as the completion of incomplete data
• Right to data deletion, without undue delay, ("right to be forgotten") - certain conditions apply; It is possible that, following a request to delete data, we may anonymize this data (thus depriving it of personal nature) and continue processing for statistical purposes
• Right to restriction of processing, under certain conditions
• Right to data portability - the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, as well as the right to have this data transmitted to another data controller, as long as the conditions provided by law are met
• Right to opposition

  • at any time, free of charge and without any justification, you can oppose the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
• Right not to be subject to an automated individual decision - the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or affects you similarly in a significant manner
• Right to address the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or the competent courts, as necessary.

7. Confidentiality of Minors

We do not knowingly contact or collect information from persons under 18. The website does not aim to solicit information of any kind from persons under 18.
