You have the right to return or exchange any product within 14 calendar days from the date you received the order.
Returned or exchanged products must be in perfect condition, unused, without signs of damage, and in the original intact packaging. For supplements, the seal must be intact, and the box unopened.
Shipping costs associated with the return or exchange are borne by the customer, except in cases where the received product is defective or does not match the ordered specifications.

You will need to provide your order number and details of the issue encountered. You will receive specific instructions on how to return the products and a return order number.
If the ordered product does not meet your expectations, Organic Natura SRL offers the possibility to return the product and refund the amount paid into a bank account specified by you. The refund will be made within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product and after verifying its condition.
If you wish to replace the product with another, you can place a new order on our website. The new order will be paid using your preferred payment method and will be processed as a standard new order.
The product must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received, including the packaging and all original accessories. If the product shows signs of use or the seal is broken, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.
